Who We Are
Hi there,
I’m Ashlyn Dyer, owner of Mooncrest Events- lead coordinator & floral designer.
I want to share with you a little about my background and experience as the owner of Mooncrest Events. My values and dedication to hard work have always been my strongest assets. As a graduate of The University of Tennessee, Chattanooga, I obtained a Bachelors of Science degree in Sociology and an Associate Degree in Hospitality Management. While attending college, I worked at a local florist shop and interned for a well-established event planner. During college, I learned the art of florals from colleagues and mentors. As I established myself in the art of florals, I also learned how to create detailed timelines to manage vendors. It wasn’t long before I realized, this was the career I was designed for. I fell in love with the desire to make someone’s vision & dreams come to life.
Happiness to me, is the feeling of knowing that Mooncrest Events is able to bring client’s ideas into focus and create the event into a seamless experience. My goal is to always infuse my passion into each event and treat your special day as the most important day in your life as well as mine.

-Mother of a busy toddler, Miles
-Loves baking in the kitchen & thrifting during my spare time
